New vial, same provider, same dose, big reaction

I received two vials from Apothecary (Quaker pharmacy) through Fifty410 a couple months back. I just finished the first vial, it was good and as expected. Good appetite suppression. I stayed on the same dose of 7.5mg all throughout the vial.

Yesterday was injection day and I opened and used my new vial from the same company. Same dose of 7.5mg. Same concentration of 18mg/ml. This vial has the same manufacturing date, by use date, I received it from the same source in the same shipment. I pulled and injected 40 CCs which is 7.5 mg at the 18mg/ml concentration. I've been on this dose since May and have been handling it quite well with few side effects except upon titrating up to 7.5 initially back in May.

I injected yesterday and then last night woke up in the middle of the night nauseous with sulfur burps. After a couple of miserable hours I vomited and had diarrhea. Still nauseous and having diarrhea a few hours later.

Has anyone had this sort of thing happen with a new vial from the same source? This is so strange. I hope I feel better soon and I guess next week I'll try a lower dose and see how it feels. I'm trying to figure out if it was something I ate or the Tirz itself. I had this sort of nausea and diarrhea back in May around increasing my dose, but it occurred 5 days after injection day after eating too much rich food. This time the nausea began about 20 hours post-injection.

I was searching Reddit for someone with a similar experience and really only found cases where people were switching providers or manufacturers of Tirz so figured I'd post for posterity.

Switching to Organic or Whole Foods Quality?

I've noticed that when I travel to Europe, I lose weight while eating like a queen and drinking wine. We're talking rich foods with lots of butter, cheese, bread, pastries, potatoes and red meat. Fewer vegetables, less protein, less fiber, more refined carbs, more fat, more alcohol. Everything we are not supposed to do. I end up losing 3-6 pounds in a week. This happened in Portugal, Germany and Spain, three separate years in a row.

I'm pretty sure it's the food quality in Europe. The EU has very different standards for food regulation. Sure, I walk more in Europe but I'm active here, and furthermore when I increase my activity to an equivalent amount in the US, it doesn't have an effect.

I've been considering switching to Organic food in the US and higher quality meats--grass fed, wild, etc. Switching from shopping at Aldi and Safeway to shopping at Whole Foods and organic grocery stores. This would really increase my monthly food budget, probably doubling my grocery bills from about $400 per month to $800 or more.

Has anyone made this switch and did it help your health or cause you to lose weight in the way that expat Americans lose in Europe?

Ammonia worked!

I posted a couple weeks back about some of my clothing smelling waxy and like crayons after washing in Tide powder plus ultra oxi. Turns out it was this Dr. Teals Body oil I was using at night seeping into my pajamas and sheets.

Y'all suggested using ammonia after a soak and follow the spa day protocol and I am delighted to say that the addition of household ammonia totally worked in flushing out the broken down lavender body oil! Yay, science! Thanks for the advice everyone.

Sharing my experience with Fifty410

I'm a continuing user of tirzepatide and signed up for the 10 mg per week plan with Fifty410, getting the 3 month package from Apothecary. I ordered on May 28th and received the meds today, June 11. While I was approved through the Fifty410 Club Compound service to receive the medication within hours of applying, I was warned there would be a 10 to 14 business day lag on delivery.

I received two 4 milliliter vials of 18 mg/ml concentration tirzepatide and the cost was $499. This was a total of 144 milligrams of active ingredient. I'm thrilled because I was paying $525 for 60 mg previously. Overall a good experience, I'm excited to get started with this new source of tirz!
