Hello, I've been a loyal Metro customer for a year and a half, maybe two years, but due to work I moved to Canada and I really don't want to lose my number. I want to report that this page no longer works as it used to and makes payments difficult for those of us who are outside the country. For example, my card has a Canadian postal code to avoid payment problems.But now with the new system, it won't let me make a single payment, not even a minimum amount, even though my details are correct except for the postal code, which is ridiculous.
