Why do these people accept connections but then don’t reply to messages?
Can someone in HR/Recruitment/Talent explain the reason/reasoning behind it

I say genuine as indeed is currently flooded with fake companies

Hi everyone,

I’ve been searching for a while for a new role in Doha. I have a bachelors in Cyber Security and currently on a remote masters for (aviation) Safety Management, Risk and Regulation.

I have a strong technical foundation but a social personality which shines though much stronger.

The situation is tough but I have a lot of hope.

I’m looking for a role where I can be social, support a team, and grow into managing people. I care about creating positive, motivated environments where work feels engaging and meaningful - and people are happy!

I know I can bring energy, empathy, and a genuine focus on people.

I need to put my love for Doha into the working environment - I know I can bring a lot brightness - I just need the chance to prove it.

Just imagine me in compliance or regulation - making sure things get done correctly but which that respect and positivity towards the humans behind the processes - Or even PR 🤣
