I’ve been seeing Beltran’s name floated around as the next manager of the Mets. If he’s already working within the organization, and there’s mutual interest, why would they not just have him start managing now, so he can learn, make his mistakes, and build rapport with the core group of players during a season with no more expectations?
I’ve had this spider plant for 2+ years in the same spot and it was doing great, growing, green and healthy. Im located in Maryland and the window faces East.
About 4-5 months ago my dog knocked it over and since then it’s been getting worse and worse. Ive repotted it, I’ve had it sitting in water for a week or two. I water it weekly to every 2 weeks, etc. nothing seems to be working. I’ve trimmed the leaves a bunch, but they keep browning.
Any tips? I’ve kept it inside most of its life, now that it’s summer and consistently above 60’s I can bring it outside.

Culture and clubhouse morale is HUGE in baseball and as someone who never played the game and is analytics driven, Stearns may not understand this as much.
