My location has stated that after June 1st, anyone who pays their membership fees via a Credit card will be charged the 3% credit card processing fee. They have asked that we provide our ACH info. Personally, I don't trust that they will keep that data safe, and it's harder to deal with the issue if my bank is erroneously charged. I also have my payment on the last few days of the month, and I don't want to have to deal with the cash at the end of the month.

I have looked at my contract, and this doesn't stipulate that they can do this. Has anyone dealt with this before? Our owner is not a very pleasant person, and I don't want to go in and fight over a $5/month fee, but it also seems super dodgy. Does anyone have any advice?
