Post Op Results
Finally had my excision surgery yesterday 10 years after suspected endometriosis and less than 6 months connected to an endo specialist in Reno, NV. Wow, I feel so fucking validated!
Long story short, I had INSANE pain that I thought was joint/sciatic nerve/ hip related, horrible periods with excessive bleeding since I was 11, and infertility. They found DIE on my right and left pelvic wall and uterus and adhesions attaching my colon from my pelvic wall all the way up to my liver as well as a lot of endometrium they were able to remove. I was so worried they would go in and find nothing! No serious complications and I am home resting with pain meds. Fingers crossed we have a successful fertility journey after this!
Tldr: surgery went fab and I am open to sharing more info if it helps!
