I quit Feel Free.

It was a few months ago. But thought I should post since I’m actually talking about the thing the sub is actually about.
And not fentanyl.
Or 7OH.
Or oxy.
Or apparently illiteracy?
Yall. It’s a FF sub. Read before you post.
It’s so frustrating to want to connect with a specific community and have people regularly sabotage the sub because they don’t care to read or follow the guidelines.
So I quit feel free and I’m here. Because the name of the sub is r/quittingfeelfree.
Thanks for coming to my talk.

Finally doing it.

I just want to say thanks to this community. Been silently lurking, as I have quit and relapsed back to a 4 a day habit within two weeks.
The anxiety is what’s always gotten me. I have generalized anxiety, PTSD, and social anxiety.
I’m on day three now. Anxiety has been absolutely bananas. I am having some personal stuff to be fair but it’s like the urgency is amplified on everything and it’s such constant anxiety. Can’t wait to be on the other side.
But I just wanted to say thank y’all. Never looking back.
And you can do it too.
