I'm looking for advice on how to restore / fix the massive drafts, rattling, etc.

I'm near Albany, NY if anyone has any ideas of any classes, handymans, etc in the area.

originally said it would be less than $2 million, came in about 7x that at over $14 million

dark paint caused worse algae

used a contractor he picked personally

didn’t accept any inputs or planning…

And now the paint is peeling

thoughts?
