I found this lovely bright shadow palette by the checkout, but I am assuming it was once in the makeup area 🤣 I attached photos, and for the price the pigment is WOW! I attached some swatches but that is not my area of expertise. They are well pigmented and smooth upon first impression. I’m located in Washington state but I haven’t come across this, maybe it’s just new to me? :)
