Talk to me about spider mites

I’ve never had pests before. Last week I noticed spider mites on my frydek and tried not to fully spin out because it feels like a failure on my part. I treated with a neem oil, alcohol, and peppermint Castile soap spray. This morning I noticed some webbing on my old Baltic leaf 😭 picture of my ninja that was next to it that has white dots on it, not all in a clump like my frydek so not sure.

How do I treat them? Do I need to treat all my plants? Should I fully spin out bc I’m easily overwhelmed lol someone talk me off a ledge.
