Whenever I go on vacation to a resort that has a spa, I get a manicure which I never do at home. It’s usually accompanied by a massage and whatnot, but the last few times I’ve asked for clear polish instead of just a buff shine. I found that I do like my nails shiny and they look good. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks they start peeling until eventually it’s all gone.

This time, it’s been less than a week and two fingernails lost half of their polish. I do need to wash my hands quite a bit, and obviously they get wet in the shower but I’m a little disappointed that maybe they didn’t do as good of a job this time? How long should polish last? I have no nail polish experience and have thought about getting them done more frequently locally. It’s pretty expensive at a resort and probably less than half locally anyway.

Went to the experience today and they had nothing - it was terrible and they were selling last weeks dated shirts!

We were told they had no shipments yet! We’ll try again later but this is very disappointing today. Where is the truck set up outside?

I have the most recent update on my 2025 XC40, but I just noticed today that where the search bar is near the top of the map, it no longer shows how many minutes I am away from home. I can’t remember the last time I saw that but feel like I’ve seen it since the update. Google knows my home address, as I can say “Take me home”, although it does say “unable to display address in another setting I was in - if I look at recents, home will show up in the list as well as my actual address so I don’t see why it would be hidden.

I did like having the minutes to home show up - is there a setting for that?

I have two libraries-one is cd backups that are stored on an external hard drive and the other is my main Apple Music library.

I’ve noticed that if I’m playing music through my cd backup library, sometimes the first song I select starts a minor second late - the file seems fine - you can slide the start back to the beginning and the song is there in full. For the most part, as long as the playlist or album keeps playing, this doesn’t happen to any other song (most of the time). If I pick a different song, it may or may not happen.

I thought both libraries were affected but I tried my other one and the tracks seem to play ok. I haven’t finished importing all of my cd’s in lossless yet, but I hope the ones I did are ok. Is this happening to anyone else? Software glitch?
