Hi this is a question for the pharmacy technicians. I applied to CVS to be a Pharmacy Technician, I just did the interview yesterday and it went really well. I registered for the pharmacy trainee license right after the interview which the manager told me to do, and i’m just wondering what the next steps are. Do I have to wait for my states board of pharmacy to do something first before going further? Because I was told it would take 1-3 weeks for that to process, or does that even matter. Would the background check & the drug test be next after or how was it for you? Did you have to wait that long to move along in the process? Just wondering what the timeline is like, thank you.
