Is it possible that Malaysia would ever allow dual citizenship? Is this something that is discussed by today's politicians or not really? What are your guys' stance on it

Just want to start off by saying, I am not complaining, it's no mystery that parking right smack in the Perth CBD will be expensive, but $14 for a little over one hour of parking seems a tad bit excessive, considering these carparks were tax-funded and have been collecting revenue since 1990.
Just a rant, I knew that I was agreeing to pay these rates when I got my ticket but with todays cost of living, just seems overly excessive.
I'm still completing high school here in Australia, however I do aspire to move to Kuala Lumpur after I graduate so I can be closer to some of my extended family but also because I love the city, I'd like to live there for a few months or a few years even, but I am worried about making friends, whilst I do have family there, it's not alot and I'm sure I still will find myself to be quite lonely some days. What is the best way to make friends?
