i think the little one is trying to play but i’m not too sure about the resident cat

this is a week since they scent swapped and were able to face each other

the resident cat also just watches her all the time and chases her a lot as well // sometimes he chases her back and forth from the sofa not letting her leave from behind it; she doesnt seem scared at all because she immediately goes back to playing with toys after we seperated them

at the same time we saw them licking each other (very briefly) once so i’m really not too sure what is going on and whether we are on the right track or not

please help !!
