I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience I’ve had trying to recover access to my GCash account after my registered SIM was deactivated.
I understand that security measures are important, but it feels impossible to reach an actual human representative for urgent concerns like this. Your automated systems and AI support are not helping at all when the user cannot even access the app properly. I keep being redirected to Gigi or the Help Center, yet the page either becomes unavailable or sends me in circles without resolving anything.
This is a financial platform handling people’s money, yet the support process feels inaccessible and unreliable during urgent situations. I can no longer receive OTPs, cannot log in to my account, and I have funds inside that I urgently need access to. The lack of direct assistance has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.
I am respectfully requesting immediate human assistance regarding:
Recovery of my GCash account
Updating my registered mobile number
Access to my remaining funds
I am willing to provide valid government IDs, selfies, verification details, and any supporting documents required to confirm ownership of the account.
