When I try to use Chase to buy something using apple pay for something over £200 the loading icon for apple pay just spins for like a minute before it says transaction not completed. I always have to use raw card details. Anyone else experiencing this?
Like genuinely. They ask me to complete surveys which I assume thousands of others are filling out yet those no new features. Genuinely even like support Chaps which I know they can do because JPMorgan is literally signed up to CHAPS (check the bank of england website). Even just basic chart viewing like being able to see my spending for the entire year, or allowing you to view your balance in Apple Wallet
Still my main bank but God I hope they'd ship something
