These turned out way cuter than I thought!

I’m very new to beading, the American flag set were the fourth set I made. I made the mermaid core piece impromptu, right before my fiancé and I were going to a Greek restaurant. I didn’t have the fringe when I made it, nor had the crystal pendant beaded. Did the rest of that piece the next day. The rope portion was also really last minute choice, I was so pleased when I could see the beaded rope shining through the other side of the pendant.
The red and silver earring pattern are a pattern I saw on Facebook.
Really enjoying this craft! Would love some tips on how to made that rope/netting more uniform on an asymmetrical gem
It’s more of a diorama than planter! It’s rained every day since I finished, so I haven’t gotten to see how it disperses sunlight although while building it I had many moments seeing the potential! I have cardinals, bees, beetles, lady bugs, even a hummingbird! I’m new to seed beading so this was fun.
A lot of the animals I already had as I do create a lot of pony bead / Kandi art for edm festivals and raves.
I am new to beading and these are my first earrings I’ve made where I used a chart to plan out my pattern.
I love everything art deco and gilded age.
So in true gilded age fashion, I’ve included gold fans, pearls, and scallops, and sections even glow in the dark much like the women who used uranium to make their dresses glow!
I am thinking about adding 11/0 in x patterns around the edges to give it a more dimensional look but really wanted to wear them out as is tonight!
I’m visiting Newport for a week for the first time and got to see Cynthia Nixon speak at the breakers. I even met Julian Fellowes! It was absolutely incredible attending a cocktail reception in the music room. It was really wonderful to experience the breakers as a gilded age guest would. I met one of the extras who was filming at the elms the following day.
