Does this appear like a lamp issue to you or something else ? 1500 hours but sudden onset of extremely bright light, washing out the color and the light is so bright it's suddenly reflecting into my ceiling

Reset the projector, picture, etc and no changes. Attached a few images

I noticed a slight rattle with my unit a few months ago if that helps at all. The rattle eventually goes away and is not very loud during use

Any time saving is appreciated.

Troubleshooting MINISFORUM Neptune HX99G Mini

Hi All!

I am trying to troubleshoot consistent crashes that I am experiencing with my HX99G on Windows 11 within the last two months. I Just reached out to support, though I expect to not hear back/get little support.

My crashes occur even before log on to windows now. I have updated the BIOS and all drivers directly from minisforum site. I've performed a variety of troubleshooting and analysis via ChatGPT. I provided the analysis below after continuous troubleshooting. Any help is appreciated!

System is experiencing repeated bugchecks and spontaneous restarts, including before Windows login. Multiple minidumps over many days show recurring AMD IOMMU faults, IOMMU wait timeouts, USB4/USBXHCI/USBHUB3 components, storport.sys, and related controller stack elements. Issue persists after BIOS/firmware updates, latest graphics drivers, removing ProtonVPN, disabling Hyper-V/VBS, switching to Wi-Fi, and disconnecting nearly all USB devices.
