Woobles organizer

Hello everyone

UPDATE: I have a little update! I was able to find a way to save your pictures and files in your own shared folders. I added some new features as well like adding your own pictures, a counter (to count how many times a specific wooble) and a few more things.

If anyone is interested and the app get some traction I would add a community button to see like a little leaderboard with the amount of woobles are made by a user. With an option to opt in or not. But those are things for later on.

Let me know if you something isn’t working, you have suggestions, …

Hope you enjoy it 🤗

Original post:

I created a little web app for the Woobles that keeps them all organised. It started with the idea of having a list with difficulty levels, so I could see which Woobles are easier, …, but it turned out in a bit more of a Woobles Organizer. This is a fan-based app, so it’s free.

Now you can do the following:

- Search by difficulty level
- Search by Collection
- Mark your Wooble card as Owned, Busy, finished or Want
- On the Wooble Card you are able to see a bit of information about that specific Wooble
- I added a little tracker to keep track of your rounds.
- Based on the status of Owned, finished, …. you have a little page that tells you how many Woobles you own, finished, on your hook, or on your Wishlist.
- For fun I added a little Trophy shelfs with a few badges you can earn.

Now something I found fun but challenging to do:

- An option to upload your owned files into the Woobles Card. It will have a preview of the file and it will put the entire pattern in your card, with the option to checkmark it.

The only thing is that everything you upload, mark, … stays local on your browser. So if you would clear your browser history, … you loose all the data you entered. As long as you don’t clear it you fine tho. The reason for this is that this is a passion project. I would be able to add a database to this, so you have your own username, but I would have to put a small charge to at least cover the database costs for it. This would allow it to save your data and use it on different platforms. If people are interested in that approach, I would be able to do this.

Some things I still need to do:
- Add more pictures to the website as not all of them have a picture yet
- Test it out on Android phone (maybe someone can help me with this?)

Feel free to give some feedback. For Android users, I didn’t test it out yet, so if something isn’t correct, please let me know so I can look into it.
