I bought this kit about a month ago and have been chipping away at it on my days off. I learned basic crochet over 30 years ago (chain stitches, single crochet) to make scarves and throws. I happen to have poor dexterity and even worse eyesight, so I know MANY mistakes were made, but I was happy enough with my first project to order another kit.😁

I was working on my Adventure Time woobles when I came across a “How to size up your amigurumi” guide. I love AT so I decided to give it a try! Amigurumi scale up surprisingly well (this is just a simple “double number of rows and stitches”). So I’m sharing my end result if anyone else was wondering what it looks like. I did add a couple extra rows to Jake but it fits thematically 😁

While not perfect, this was my first time ever crocheting anything, so I don't think I did a terrible job. If anyone has any tips or advice for my crocheting journey, I'd love to hear it! :)

I cannot believe my luck today! I found the Sweetie Charms bracelets at Walmart, they are now stocking Woobles Easy Peasy Yarn! They had black, white, and the multicolored pastel. I opened my charm bracelet, and got the Secret Sweetie! I am so happy with how it turned out. Hopefully you all can find some at your Walmarts too!

Soooooo I am done!

I made really enjoyed making tails. He was very easy and I feel like he looks the best out of the 3.

I made knuckles first and his dreads were sooooooo damn hard like literally hated sewing them down!

I did not stuff Sonic enough as I was scared I overstuffed Knuckles and I hate when you can see a lot of gapping in the sc.

By the time I got to Sonic I honestly didn’t even want to complete him his hair was so annoying too but I made these for my nephews who are 3 brothers and each have assigned characters so I had no choice.

I started making Rumi today and I’m almost done with the body and honestly I am enjoying making her soooooooo much more!
