Introducing… ✨her✨

After consulting the masses about which size Florentine to get, I scoured Depop for my first purchase! I opted for the micro and it is the perfect size for all of my daily items. The wallet was included in the bundle so, of course that sweetened the deal. I’m so exited to take her out 🥹. Next step: accessories ( and I’m open to recs, shops, etc.) !

Nano vs. Mini Florentine Satchel

I am a lover of small but practical bags. I have been a Coach fan through and through but I recently fell in love with D&B Florentine collection, specifically the Nano satchel. From anyone’s personal experience, is there a huge difference between the nano and the mini? Is one more practical for everyday use to hold the basics — wallet, keys, cell phone, sunglasses and makeup bag? Thank you for your input ✨

Feeling uninspired and under-qualified. Where to look for my next career move?

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice regarding career outlook. I, 28F, have been working for a local hospital in the area that is nationally recognized for just over 4 years. My official title is Marketing Specialist. I hold two degrees (a BA in Strategic & Corporate Communication and a MS in Health Communication), and am currently working on a Public Health Certificate. I won’t bore you with my resume, but in my current role, I have worked on a few patient-facing campaigns for awareness and promotion, done a lot of optimization/content for our website, and helped establish a reputation for my direct service lines/physicians I work closely with. I am at a point where I have been asking my manager for new opportunities and responsibilities (and done well managing/checking off those tasks), and I’ve even been a part of a mentor program. I want to make this work but I also don’t ever know whether I will be promoted.

My job means everything to me. I love the people I work with, what my organization stands for, but I feel so stagnant. I know comparison is the thief of joy, but it just feels as though everyone around me is making tremendous strides, or getting interviews, and I’m going no where. The degrees I have, the experience accumulated never feels like enough anymore.

I just don’t know what to be on the lookout for anymore when I scroll through job boards. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
