RGB Controller issues.

so I've been having this issue for a while now, where my RGB controller doesn't send light to my fans but the fans spin normally, recently tho i connected the hub to a separate RGB controller ( the one my CPU cooler comes with ) and the lights finally worked but defaults to white, then i found out that if i put anything close enough to the hub or tap it as shown in the video above, it starts acting weird and changing colors and modes, i tried using the included remote to switch from M/B control to R /C control but no luck. i had a friend of mine check the soldering and connections by opening the hub and testing the circuit board but nothing was wrong
Any one has any idea why this is happening !?
Btw if i remove the 2 pin to ARGB wire that's coming from the hub or connect it back to the motherboard ARGB port I get no lights at all.
