Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me understand something I noticed on my UKVI/eVisa account.

I submitted my Skilled Worker visa extension application on 29 June 2026 and received an email from UKVI confirming that they had received my application on 30th June. However, when I just checked my UKVI account, I noticed that under my application it now shows as application date 10 August 2026. This has confused me because I definitely submitted the application on 29 June, and I have the confirmation/email from around that time.
Does anyone know what this “Application date” on the UKVI/eVisa account actually represents?
Could it mean that my application was only entered into the system or started being processed on 10 August, or is this simply an account/system date that can be different from the actual application submission date?

I have applied for my skilled worker visa extension standard application on 26th June but haven’t received decision yet. Has anyone who applied on 22nd May at BLS Spain centre got their passport back?

I applied for spain Schengen visa on 22nd May and got an email from spain manchester consulate saying they have just started to process my application on 23rd June (this email was sent last week). Now I got an email from BLS Spain Manchester saying that I need to provide new travel dates (including travel tickets, hotel booking and insurance), which I just did. Can someone please tell me how much time would it take them to process the application and send my passport back?

Can anyone plz guide me how to correctly fill the ees website to check the status?

My passport has two alphabets in start followed by numbers. Should I add the whole in the EES website or just the numbers? Also, someone mentioned to mention P at start. Your help will be greatly appreciated. The website also says to add the country initials like CAN for Canada.

Hi, I just received an email from spain manchester consulate saying to check your application status on http://www.sutramiteconsular.maec.es/ along with a visa enrolment pdf showing my application date today whereas I have applied on 22nd May. I think BLS has delayed sending my passport to the consulate and its now only being under process. Has anyone else received such email and after how many days did they received their passport?

I applied on 22nd May. The EES website is showing OK since last week but the spain tracking website still showing as processing in mission.
