I'd like to know how many users have successfully received/delivered their shipments after the UPS tracking system hadn't updated for several days.

My parcel was dropped to the UPS access point on June 1st, and it's still stuck at the "dropped off at access point" status.

I dropped off a package at a UPS Access Point on June 1st, but by June 4th, the tracking system still showed no UPS personnel had picked it up. Yesterday, my friend went to the Access Point to inquire, and the staff said the package had been picked up, but why isn't it showing up on the system?

My delivery plan was Express Saver, which should have taken 3-5 days from the UK to Hong Kong, but now, 3 days later, it's still stucking on the first step.
