What a gorgeous bag!

Love the fabric, the format, the pocket. It is so roomy.

Pic 1: You see the blue fabric on the front of the back. There is a zippered, easily accessible front pocket with a plastik loop as a pull. My index finger slides in easily, my thumb is too big. The pocket is framed by straps. They are in the same brown as the zippers and pulls, which is the tone of brown of a rich peanut sauce. Tasty! All the functional parts, meaning from the zipper pulls, the zippers, the adjustment straps and their clips loops, the lining of the outer stuff pocket. The logo and Daylite branding is the same brown contrasting the blue-greenish turquoise main fabric, which you might see sparkle in a diamond pattern when you zoom in. Beautiful as well as it is good hardware and pocket design.

Pic 2: it is roomy by format. Most of the times I would carry a few books like this plus maybe a second bottle and a pullover. It is perfect and pefectly tidy. You can peek in the open front pocket which is flat and as expansive as the front panel. Inside the bag is lined in a calm blue polyester. This bag is light and big and roomy when packed small.

Pic 3: good look into the front pocket. Here we find an okay-ish clip for keys and room for stuff! I can easily carry everything I need in here plus a lot I need once in a while.

Pic 4: the back side. On it shines another different fabric on which the shoulder straps with cushions and mesh contrast beautifully. And the bottom pocket, where I can carry two changes of clothes and a pair of light shoes comfortably. The shoulder straps are fully adjustable with a chest strap and they are comfortable when packed light. On the later pictures you will see it from a market trip where it would be more comfortable to wear a huge backpack with better cushioning. It barely fits into my average sized basket on the bike on which I will carry it for miles or kilometers in most weathers. We will see...

Last pics: The market trip was nice and this bag feels like a hybrid between handbag tote and ultra light backpack. It is beautiful and stylish and will carry its load gracefully but not without strain on your shoulders if you pack thight and heavy. It can entertain you with layouting your pack to balance it more comfortably. Would pack a helmet gracefully! I think it is a good companion to me right now in this peak european summer between the heat waves.

Liebschaft, die

Sharing some happiness. Half a year ago I started putting my exploration of RA into action and began seeing two people. We tried to focus on the connection and not impose expectations. In one of the connection we talked a lot about communication but this did not really help to actually communicate.

The other is still alive and well and we labelled it as Zeitinseln which would mean time islands, which framed our focus on connecting in whatever states we found ourselves, taking the time for it and talking about life and work as needed but in a way that felt nearly like the best (often first) times in monogamous relationships.

Recently we labelled it as Liebschaft, which would translate to loveship (as in friendship) but is a nice old expression for fling or affair. Still going strong and deepening into what feels like relational healing, a safe space from the hectic lifes this world (mostly) forces onto us.

Some Pics of my new edc chrome barrage

Love the cargo web of the chrome barrage for weaving in stuff and baggies for external compartments (see the last pic), comfortable carry and the capacity seems to fit more than some 26 liter packs I owned. Took it on a four day trip a few weeks ago and it carries a full load just as gracefully as a minimal one <3
