Thinking about buying a manufactured home

I’ve been looking into manufactured homes/trailer homes. I don’t have any land so I was probably just going to purchase one that’s in a trailer park and rent the land from them. Would love to hear any positive or negative experiences. From what I’ve researched it seems like a pretty good idea but I’ve also never bought a house before so I’m not sure

How easy is it to actually buy a home

I’m curious if it’s actually as unattainable as everyone is saying to buy a home right now. I’ve just assumed recently that buying a house will not be in my cards for a very long time. But if we were first time homebuyers looking at a 300k townhouse how unrealistic is that. Do you need a lot of money to put down or do fha loans allow you to not put any down. I’m just very skeptical about the whole market right now. Would love some insight

Prenatal depression… I was not prepared

Hi guys, I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and truly was unprepared for how hard pregnancy was going to be. Aside from the severe nausea and losing almost 20 pounds already and all the aches and pains my depression has gotten so bad. I struggled with depression a lot as a teen but hadn’t had a whole lot of issues in recent years and have even been good enough to be off medication for 3 years.

Recently though it has just been so rough. I feel like I’m already failing as a mom I had to take a leave of absence from college and am currently not working either because it has been so hard. I try and explain to my family what is going on but I feel like they are all disappointed. The only person who I feel like is there for me is my husband. I just don’t understand why I can’t do it. There’s so many women who work and go to school and do so many amazing things while pregnant. Why can’t I? Why am I failing so hard?

I’ve been having a lot of passive suicidal ideation and that’s been really scary, I haven’t felt this way in so long and I thought I had moved on from feeling this way. At my ob appointment yesterday they went to check baby’s heart rate and were having a hard time finding him and his heart rate and my immediate reaction was worried and anxious but for a brief moment I was relived because if there was no heartbeat that meant I could go home and end it. They did end up finding a healthy heart beat but now I feel like such a terrible mom for even thinking that. Idk what to do
