Training for the real thing
I use FUTO Keyboard on my Android device, an open-source keyboard where you can also build your own custom layout in yaml. I reproduced the (almost) exact layout of the Clicks, to get used to the placement of the keys. Obviously, the Alt, Search, Ctrl are not aviable, so my bottom row is quite empty, but you see the idea.
For those interested, in the settings of the FUTO Keyboard app, you go to Help & Feedback and press 10 times the Version Code to get the Developer Settings panel. Then in Custom Layout, you can copy paste my simple yaml code that you can find on my GitHub page, I only did a French QWERTY and German QWERTY layout, but it's easy to edit. (I also have a Japanese New Stickney keyboard layout, here (EN) and here (history of development in JP) some info if you don't know this project).
