I've created a template dedicated to Wedding Organisation (in French, sorryyyy), but I'm struggling with the budget tracking.

What I want : to calculate the budget left to spend.

What I have :

- Expenses are all listed in the database #1, dedicated to the suppliers. In this databse, you can track all your relation with the suppliers (contact, notes, social accounts, etc.). On the view I attached, I only allowed columns related to budget.

- After some research, i've found that the best way to calculate the budget left was to create another database (#2) with only 1 line, and to add formulas as indicated on the view attached. You have to enter manually your budget in column (5) and the committed budget in (6) (you can copy it from the total calculated on the DB #1, column (1)), then it calculates in column (4).

My question :

- I would like to automise the calculation in column (6). Is it possible thanks to rollup? As per my research, it's not. But maybe you guys have so magic tricks 👀 ?

I've submitted my first template to Notion Matketplace, but "Unfortunately, we won't be approving your application this time around".

Among the things I have to do to try again, there are 2 points that I don't know how to address :

"1. Your presence in the Notion community or social media in the Notion space

2. Additional context that shows your knowledge and interest in creating with Notion"

3. Where are the Notion community and the Notion space? I used to be part of the Discord, but it was way too much info, so I quite :(

4. Any idea what they want exactly? Considering that I will show them 5 templates, I don't know what else to do. My time tracker showing how many hours I spend on Notion haha?
