My boyfriend and I have been together for about 3 months, and lately I've been feeling like most of the attention I get from him is sexual. He does spend quality time with me, but I still feel like he only wants one thing, and I'm starting to wonder if that's all he really values.

He can be affectionate, but I keep questioning whether I'm just overthinking or if this is something I should actually be concerned about.

Is it normal for relationships in the first few months to be this focused on physical attraction? Are most boyfriends like this in the beginning, or could this be a sign that our emotional connection isn't as strong as I thought?

I’m 20F and recently I’ve been realizing how much mental space men take up in my life. I find myself overthinking texts, wondering what someone thinks about me, or getting emotionally affected by small things like attention or lack of attention. I don’t like how much power that gives them over my mood and energy. Also I do want to be in a relationship but I genuinely go crazy over the guy that I am in a relationship with it's like I just forget my own life and just wanna be with him 24/7 and that has affected my relationships in a very bad way too
