Did rolls for about 10-15 mins with no breaks for warmup after a long break from grappling (was in striking camp). Is slight disorientation normal the next day?

As part of our warmup on grappling day, we did rolls (all variations) for about 10-15 mins without breaks round the mat. Felt a little dizzy but did not puke. The next day woke up feeling a bit disoriented. I've never felt disoriented even when I took breaks before. Only difference this time was the longer duration of the warmup. Is this normal?

"Million Dollar Question"

"How to prepare for LRDI? It's a million-dollar question"

My first thoughts were, come on bro the average package in the best IIMs are around 35LPA, not even close smh and then it hit me a couple of minutes later that the CAT coaching industry is probably making more than a million dollars (altogether of course) selling LRDI courses and it is indeed a million-dollar question.

Truly one of those 'Is math related to science?' moments for me. Hope I crack this time. Good luck with your prep guys. Stay consistent.
