Delay in Resolution and No Response from Ola

I received a call from Ola support on Saturday regarding the online complaint I had filed. The representative asked me to delete/withdraw my complaint. Regarding the scooter issue, they assured me that they would speak with the service center team and call me back within 20 to 30 minutes.
However, today is May 19th, and I have not received any follow-up call or message from them yet. Since they have completely failed to get back to me as promised, I will be filing an official case against them in 2-3 days in the Consumer Court.

Complaint Regarding Delay in Service, Poor Customer Support, and Refund Request

I have not received any update about my Ola scooter for the past 1.5 years while it has been at the Dhule service center. Neither your customer service team nor any of your service managers are providing me with proper information regarding my scooter.

Additionally, your service manager, Lalit Kothawade, spoke to me in a very rude and abusive manner and used inappropriate language during our conversation. Despite repeatedly asking for updates, I have not received any clear response from him or your customer care team.

During the entire period my scooter remained at the service center, my Ola Care Plus plan and insurance both expired. According to the Ola Care Plus policy, I was supposed to receive a replacement scooter while my vehicle was in service, but I was not provided with any such benefit. The policy also mentioned that towing charges for taking the scooter to the service center would be covered, yet I was still charged for towing.

Because of the extremely poor service, lack of communication, mental harassment, and the abusive behavior of your manager, I demand a full refund for my scooter. I also seek compensation for the misconduct and abusive language used by your service manager.
