Delay in Resolution and No Response from Ola
I received a call from Ola support on Saturday regarding the online complaint I had filed. The representative asked me to delete/withdraw my complaint. Regarding the scooter issue, they assured me that they would speak with the service center team and call me back within 20 to 30 minutes.
However, today is May 19th, and I have not received any follow-up call or message from them yet. Since they have completely failed to get back to me as promised, I will be filing an official case against them in 2-3 days in the Consumer Court.
