Has anyone else had insanely long warranty replacement wait times with SteelSeries?
I have an Arctis Nova Pro and started having microphone level issues where people could barely hear me. I sent the headset in under warranty over 2 months ago, and my ticket is still sitting in “processing”.
At this point, support responses are basically just copy-paste replies like “we are working on your issue” without any actual timeline or meaningful update. Trying to get information out of support has been incredibly frustrating.
What makes this worse is that I specifically bought these headphones as a work tool because they can handle two simultaneous connections between my work PCs over Bluetooth + wireless, and the audio quality was actually pretty solid compared to competitors. Instead, I’ve now been stuck waiting for over 2 months with no replacement and no clear explanation.
I understand delays happen, but this honestly feels unreasonable for a warranty replacement process.
I’m in Canada, in case regional delays matter.
Has anyone here had to wait this long to receive a replacement from SteelSeries after sending their device in under warranty? Did you eventually get your replacement?
If there’s a SteelSeries rep here, could someone please check why this ticket has been delayed for so long?
