does anyone know how being a reapplicant works for TMDSAS if you didn't previously apply to all the schools, but are doing that now?

I was just wondering if it is frowned upon to directly mention wanting to go to medical school for x, y, z reason in your personal statement? for example, in my conclusion I say "Going to medical school would give me the blah blah blah to blah blah blah". should I word it differently instead of saying "going to medical school"
