Good morning. I’m a new Revolut Metal user. I’ve requested the card three times, and each time a tracking number is generated, but the courier only shows “shipping label created” and says they haven’t received the package. The estimated delivery time expires and the status never changes. It looks like they’re not even trying to send it. Is this normal? Has anyone had to request their card more than three times to finally receive it? Thanks.
