Did some discovery research using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush...

Target location was: Dubai, Sharjah, KSA..

\# Facts before ranking and taking up the work:

\> Niche was too competitive....

\> Brands were well grounded ...

\> Amazon had its own playing field..

Researched low lying opportunities: studied areas where no one was looking ..

Pulled out keywords about 20-35 that mattered...

Agreed to the project..

Decided the payment terms...

Started optimising 100+ products, one by one, hand curated...

Copywrote each and evey piece with customer psychology in mind...

SEO + copywriting is a lethal combo..

Apparel and fashion go well with seasons, events, personal gratification + peer-2-peer competition..

Optimised all products..

Started social signals but not heavily ..

Made social handles..

Integrated with Google Analytics, Search console...

Results started coming in..

The needle started moving ..got ranked for some keywords initially...

In 2-3 months had organic traffic and inbound orders with no paid Ads...

Was paid 2 months, by the third and fourth month, client assumed its now auto mode - thinking the portal will self-evolve...

But it needs care and attention..

Competition adjusts and grows, restrategises..

So we parted by month 3 or by 4th but portal was now getting traffic (can show proofs in dm)..

Cool part is, working in a tight niche and researching the battlefield is where hidden gems reveal themselves .

But, last advice, SEO IS JUST NOT KEYWORDS, thats about 5% of the whole thing ..
