This Martial Law announcement is mainly regarding lowering the burden of proof in matters related to The Faceless and Faceless Assets.

The general public unrelated to the Faceless still have all of their rights and privileges as before.

While Angel got the go ahead prior to the announcement, these conditions may get altered based on the feedback from The State.

Context:

When Deputy Mayor Etta reached out to Marshal Jessica Springfield, about having a meeting/discussion about any needs of the SASM, she was informed about a dept owed by LS County.

According to Springfield, when the Kortz center was constructed (with interiors) during the Nino mayoral term, the cost was $300 million, paid by the State.

And since then, the dept was kept being passed down to the new Mayors. Apparantly during Nino's term, the LS County had around $600 million.

When the Bruce Baylor - Charles Danger grants were being given out, the grants totaled about $250 million, reducing the LS County balance to be around $300 Million.

But according to Springfield, the State Account has "A generous heaping budget as of today", so LS County theoretically has some time left before the State comes asking for the money back.

Apparantly this voting for money/grants was also a thing Dark had inquired the LS Cabinet about and was reassured that everything was fine.

Dr Jackie's last words to Barry after revealing that he intentionally only removed the scar tissue that was keeping the fragments still, and didn't remove the actual bullet fragments inside Shang's head.

Context:

Tallie's body was being buried by ADMC in a graveyard after her bloodout the day before. Things took a turn when VP Shang started gunning down Patched Members Nana and Tempest and Prospect Salena. Edbert and Finn shot down Shang.

Cora finds out Shang shot his own club members without informing/discussing with anyone, even High Command. She handed her Kutte in and walked away from the ADMC saying she doesn't trust Shang anymore and doesn't want to be in a club with him in it.

Barry got informed about the shooting by Edbert. Barry calls Finn to strip everyone of their Kuttes. Afterwards, Barry had a conversation with Shang, Edbert and Finn informing them that he wants to talk to everyone in the club to decide if people even want continue with ADMC.

Context:

Cops had to bust the Casino door down to rescue Reed, who was stuck inside. Ricky, who opened the door, decided to stand guard until someone from the business turned up.

There were multiple attempts made by Reed, Zuck and the Besties to enter the Casino and Ricky managed to successfully escort them away from the business with the help of other cops.

Then Tatiana dressed up as Tallie and arrived at the Casino and Ricky was relieved to see someone from the business, and left his post.
