We're sending welcome kits to new contractors across India

We've just taken on a fair few outstaff contractors across India and want to send them all a welcome kit so they feel part of the team from day one. Nothing mad, a tshirt, a bottle, a few bits in one box.

Haven't started any of it yet, so I'm trying to get my head around how the logistics actually work over there before we kick off. They're scattered all over, a lot in smaller cities, and we've never shipped to that many separate addresses at once.

Anyone got lifehacks for pulling this off without it turning into a nightmare?

Would love to hear how you've done it.

Everyday underwear that doesn’t get annoying?

I have this whole little pile of “cute” underwear that I almost never wear👍

You know the ones. Bought because they looked nice, but in real life they roll down, stretch out weirdly and need adjusting every five minutes. And of course, “the boring pairs” are the ones I actually reach for every day

What are your go to everyday pairs now? The ones that are actually comfy, wash well, and don’t get annoying after a few hours?
Thanks!

Corporate swag actually done right

For our company anniversary, we got some corporate swag. Since our team is pretty small, they let us design our own T-shirts (the only rule was to keep it kinda within the company style). Our in-house designer was definitely thrilled to see our masterpieces 😂

Here’s my “custom design” vs the final result
I’m kinda obsessed with it! I genuinely wanna wear this shirt everywhere now, and the quality is actually super nice too.

How’s corporate swag at your company? Do you get cool stuff or just the usual random branded pens?

200-person company, leadership finally signed off on a peer-to-peer recognition program after about a year of me pushing for it. Points for achievements, redemption catalog, all the standard pieces. Goes live next month and tbh I'm a bit nervous about the rollout part.

Already have a platform shortlisted so not really looking for tool recommendations, more worried about the launch itself. My biggest fear is the program landing flat after the initial buzz wears off. I've seen companies do these big kickoff emails, get 80% participation in week one, then by month three nobody remembers it exists.

If yall have launched something similar and have any insight into what kept yours alive past the novelty phase, would genuinely appreciate it. Also wondering how you handled middle managers who weren't bought in.

UPD: rewrote this three times trying to actually explain what I'm asking, sorry if it's still a bit messy.
