This ship just launched.

About two weeks ago I got an email from TP link about suspicious activity on my router. I thought the email was fake since my son set up my TP Link router and he used his email for the set up. Fast forward to yesterday and I received an email from Spectrum telling me Russian agents had penetrated some TP Link routers and I should update my system. I confirmed the mail was valid so I just went down to Best Buy and bought a brand new router and set it up. I'm starting to change passwords on my accounts but my question is for this group is what info could this Russian group have gotten. They can't get back in but what else should I be doing. I haven't seen anything odd with any of my accounts.
