Furnished room in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment available across the street from campus on Springfield. Rent is $560/month for one room and your share of electric, gas and water (see note below). Rooms and shared living room are all furnished. Internet, trash, recycling, sewage, snow removal and admin are included in this estimate. (We would also happy to make two rooms available for $838, combined). We are two women (a senior and a graduate student on leave) and one shy cat. We were offered a good deal because of the time of year, and we are looking to set up a clean and respectful place to live. Rent will be lower if we can find two other roommates. We have seen the place in person and had fairly good interactions the management. Move in is immediate, and we would like to get things squared fast! DM if interested.

Rooms and shared living room are all furnished.
