[HELP] Has anyone had an order auto-cancel?
Yesterday I had a customer's order auto-cancel, to both of our surprise and dismay. The customer put the order in two weeks ago and hasn't submitted the details to start the clock, but that's not new - I actually have an order that was submitted a year ago where a client just NOW submitted the details and we're starting the order. Is this something new?
