Ever since I’ve gone no contact with my ex I’ve been in a constant depressive episode(it’s been a month) I’ve been recently diagnosed with bipolar 2 and some of my depressive episodes are massive and I feel alone in this.

I’m on 7,5mg abilify and going to a club on Saturday where people will drink. There will be a bottle of vodka and I really wanna drink. I’ve had alcohol problems in the past but I haven’t had a drink in almost 2 years now and I want to make an exception because I’ll be on vacation. Should I drink ? And if I do how much ??
