Weight loss and hypothyroidism, is it possible?

Currently going through the battles of postpartum thyroiditis and currently have sub-clinical hypothyroidism after having hyperthyroidism. I’ve been dieting the last two months, fasting 14hrs a day, walking 1.5 miles four times a week and eat roughly 1400cal a day, and the scale is not moving. Due to my age, my dr does not want me taking a GLP and has recommended Wellbutrin for weight loss but I’m skeptical after reading online. What has worked for you in regards to weight loss with hypothyroidism?

Husband feels the constant need to lecture anytime I open up.

I (30f) have been with my husband (29m) for four years, married for three. I recently had my fourth child (our second together) and has been short of a challenge. I work full time, balance a horrible parallel parenting situation, run kids to their activities and overall just feel like I get no time to myself and have lost who I am. I’ve never been an open person as in the past when I’ve opened up it’s led to it being used against me, so I don’t open us much as my husband wants. I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed between four kids, (two being under two)being self employed, managing our house and life in general, my husband is also self employed and does not have a set schedule. Recently it had been leaving the house at 8, and coming home at 7:30-8:30 nightly, and by the time that comes out I am overwhelmed with the day, kids, and start disassociating. He claims as soon as he walks in the door I “dump” the kids on him and disappear, which is usually me telling him to watch them so I can cook dinner since I don’t want kids under my foot, or getting overwhelmed and needing to walk away before I say or do something I regret. When he finally asks why I’m so short I end up yelling, crying and telling him every time I feel like I’m back to a single mom, with no help because he’s too busy doing small projects for himself at work, while I’m home with the kids needing help, and I’m over it. I’m told I’m not a single mom because he “pays the bills” and my perception of reality is because I watch reels on Facebook or TikTok of others lives, meanwhile I listen to fighting, whining, a baby who loses her mind when I walk out of sight or a toddler and just screams at the top of her lungs anytime she doesn’t get what she wants and I cannot take it, I finally open up about that and it’s an hour long lecture of “I need to handle stress better and need to go get medicated for my stress”. I open up how I don’t have time to walk, or exercise because he’s never home, and I would like to try a weight loss drug to help lose weight, or go out with friends and have a drink, and I’m told “he will not allow his wife to do anything like that as long as I’m under his roof and I don’t need to drink” I’m to the point I love my husband but I’ve experienced a long term relationship where I was isolated, made to feel like a single mom and belittled and I feel like my marriage is going down the same road, especially with the constant lectures like I’m a child about how I need to do things different, meanwhile my husband is gone 7 days a week. How can I change things? What can I do differently to get him to understand my ways of communicating my needs without being flat out blunt about it? I don’t want to lose my marriage but I don’t want to live unhappy my whole life.

TDLR; my husband lectures me anytime I open up about feelings or saying I’m overwhelmed and I’m being made to feel like a child, how do I explain to him how im feeling without being lectured or told I need medicated for stress?
