SMRT does not seem to care about fixing rain leakage on their newest trains

Saw these shared online today and I remember similar videos circulating on social media before.

All if not most of those incidents captured the newest Alstom trains on the North South Line and East West Line.

Is this not a serious problem because it was one of the reasons why authorities did not want people drinking on the trains: wet, slippery floors due to spillages?

It appears that you can litter at Boon Lay MRT Station without consequences

What the title says. Any resident in the area who could explain why this happens?
