Been testing the same lisen P604 on two phones lately, my iPhone 18 Pro Max with a thin MagSafe case and an iPhone 17 Pro with a slightly thicker one.

Starting both around 20-30%, the 18 Pro Max seems to pick up more charge during a 15-20 min top-up. The 17 Pro warms up earlier and feels like it slows down sooner, even though I'm using the exact same power bank.

Could just be the case, different battery size, starting temp, or iOS doing its thing, but I didn't expect the gap to be this noticeable.

Anyone here tested the same 25W charger or power bank across different iPhones? Curious how much of the difference comes down to the phone vs the case and thermals.
