Looking to get my wedding dress altered anywhere in the area you recommend in Williamsburg or anywhere on the peninsula?

I live in an apartment community and I’d like to have a yard sale(clothes, household items) however I can’t do it where I live. Is there anything community style sales around here where you can rent a lot or space?

I previously lived in an area where they did a big sale every Saturday in a parking lot. It was yard sale/garage sale style where you rented a space to set your stuff up. Anything in Williamsburg or surrounding areas?
