#bleood diet update 👀

I’m 16, 5,11 and started this off at 213. I first started eating OMAD 8 weeks ago and switched to a 1000 cal deficit 4 weeks ago because I fainted and da fam got scared😭.

Anyways I’ve officially lost 20 lbs and I’m at 193. I started this because I just didn’t want to be fat but since then I noticed I fitted better in clothes, which is why I posted in this sub.

Anyways this goes to show that you can lose weight without being hospitalized 😭. Goal is 150 🤔. I hope this sub is still around when I get there 😂✌.
