I’m moving to Fort Lauderdale from out of state so completely out of the loop. Looking for 1-2bed rental apartments that are in a safe community and not superrrr run down. I really don’t want to exceed $2,600/month so hopefully that is max.

We’ve looked at Riverland and the Pearl so far. Riverland was nice just a wee bit pricier. Would love to hear where everyone is living or some guidance!
