TLDR How do you use different indexers (Nbzgeek specifically), with TBox, without self hosting AND without getting flagged/banned from NBZgeek?

Context:

• I've recently setup TB with a pro account for usenet
• TBox addon doesn't return Usenet, and/or their cache doesn't have what I want, but NBZgeek does
• apparently using AIOstreams public instance gets you banned by NBZgeek for IP throttling or too many different IPs accessing their servers.

Current setup

• Viren's AIO instance with Tams setup
• newznab addon and NBZgeek credentials added.

This currently works, but I don't know if this will get me banned / flagged by NBZgeek.

Note: elfhosted version does not return anything from nbzgeek (FYI for future readers).

Specific help needed from the forum

1. Which public instance of AIOstreams can be used with Newsnab and not get you banned?
2. If not, which other Usenet indexers can be used? And what's the setup for those?

I do not want to self host. I'm trying to have the debrid-type experience.

I'm trying to make the jump from stremio to nuvio, but essentially I'm struggling to get anything I've watched in stremio to Sync to trakt to sync to Nuvio.

I've recently authenticated trakt Scrobbling in stremio which hasn't synchronised any of my current and historic watched metadata or saved watchlists. But importantly, now that I've signed in on both nuvio and stremio, when i are something to my watchlists on either service they do not appear on each other.

All I've been able to prove is that nuvio is synchronising my watch history between Nuvio mobile and nuvio TV. And stremio the same.

Anyone else racing this when trying to migrate themselves across?

I just want all my latest watchlist and viewing history migrated so I can make the jump.
