Room divider to separate entrance?

Can’t decide if I need a room divider, my bed is placed under the window and I kind of want separation from viewing the front door from my bed. However the weird angle of the entrance also makes it hard to decide on positioning.

I also worry a room divider might cramp the entrance and ruin the flow of the space. Any tips appreciated, thanks!

HELP! Studio Fengshui final boss

Hello everyone, I’m moving into this studio and only have these photos without dimensions to work with.

I’m having a hard time figuring out how to lay out my studio to fit a queen size bed, 72 inch desk for work and school, and living room area with a 45” tv

My only confident decision is a book shelf where the entry way guard rail is to create some separation from the front door.

Was thinking of maybe sacrificing that random cabinet space and opening onto kitchen area by covering it with paneling and creating a corner for the bed to go?

If anyone has recommendations or inspo with similar layouts let me know!

Struggling with this studio

Hey guys moving into a studio soon, and have photos of the main living space that I’m struggling to plan a layout that feels good. Trying to fit a desk, full size bed, and sitting area with a tv. The entrance and path to the kitchen
Keeping making my layouts feel off.

I spend a lot of time at my desk and want it to feel comfortable and productive. I was thinking maybe an L shaped desk right at the stair way entrance? But it almost gives it a reception desk vibe.

Programming for combat sports

Hey all! I’m new to the world of kettlebells but absolutely have been loving trying to program them but would like feedback or someone to just tell me “follow x program”.

I’m currently programming into A,B,C workouts to be done on each workout.

A. Static stable direct work to upper or lower body.
Example: Shoulder press, goblet squat, row,
Goal: building strength and size in a more stable position to isolate target area more specifically.

B. Unilateral movement with foot work.
Example: 1 arm clean step back, 1 arm swing with lunge
Goal: to build coordination between upper body and lower body, connecting kinetic chain

C. Rotational movements
Example: rotational swing, rotational lunge
Goal: rotational power to build core strength and power in strikes.

If anyone can see some flaws in this type of programming please let me know, I’ve been doing it for a few months and have been absolutely loving it and seeing results in my martial arts.

If anyone knows programs like this please let me know of them so I don’t have to try and make my own.

Any and all feedback is welcome, complete novice and want to learn! Thanks
