smoker violation scam atl based
hi all i recently ended a turo trip with a terrible experience. i've booked with this host previously and never had any issues. however this time around, while driving I noticed there was ants all over the car. coming out the trunk, crawl spaces, dashboard you name it. (even had ants end up in my purse & home bc of it) i took it upon myself to reach out to the host hoping at least condolences would be offered. instead he mocked me, blamed me for the infestation, and ridiculed me. after feeling victimized, spending my own money to clean and raid out the car. i requested a refund via turo support. well this morning after two days of the trip ending, he makes a false smokers claim stating I smoked in the car. not only did he lie, but did this as retaliation against me for making a cleaning claim/complaint. i have never smoked in any turos and I have asthma. only reporting here for any atl/ atlanta bookers. do not book with him. should you bring any issues to his attention he may feel inclined to do the same as this is not the first complaint on his reviews and he retaliates against someone.
